This page describes how to set up your site to use your own domain name.
When your new Page-Engine account is set up, it uses a temporary domain name so that you can begin using your account immediately.
You can use this temporary domain name until you decide what your real domain name will be.
Once you choose your real domain name, you can convert your site to your real domain name using these steps.
Set Up Your Domain Name
When you're ready to use your own domain name instead of the temporary domain, please follow these steps:
STEP 1) Register your domain name with any domain registrar.
If you're not sure what registrar to use, you might try
http://DirectNic.com. We've been using them for years and they've always treated us right. You can also use any other registrar if you prefer.
STEP 2) Within your domain registration account, point your domain to our nameservers:
ns1.publisher-for-you.com
ns2.publisher-for-you.com
This process is a very normal part of every domain registration, and your domain registrar can assist you with it if needed.
STEP 3: Write us and let us know what domain name you've selected, and we'll add it to your account, and remove the temporary URL.
